Jiffy Lube Oil Change

They are always timely and do good job. It has been our "go-to " for state inspections too. We have been customers for well over 10 years. Oh, did I mention that the staff is NICE?

I brought my car into this location a couple of months ago to get my oil changed and everything seemed fine until I was informed my car was damaged. I found out that my oil filter housing cover was damaged and that my car has been leaking oil. Had this not been discovered from the shop I bring my car to for all other work, I could be looking at extensive damage to my vehicle. You bring your car somewhere and don’t think you are going to leave with it being damaged. I am pretty sure they were aware they damaged the cover and should have said something to me then. And if I give this benefit of the doubt and said that they didn’t know, this is a service they perform day in and day out. Cars shouldn’t be leaving there with damage.

I’ve been coming here for 8 years and, as always, the staff continues to provide exceptional hospitality. I love how they greet you at the car, open your door, and escort you to the waiting area—it truly feels like royal treatment. Even though they work quickly, the service is still thorough, and everything is explained in detail.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Experience I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this experience was genuinely unacceptable. From what I observed, the layout raises serious safety concerns. There appears to be only an entry point without a clear exit flow. When all service lanes are occupied, vehicles in the middle are essentially trapped with very limited ability to move. In any kind of emergency, this setup could become a serious issue. As for the service, this place does not operate like the “drive-through” experience they advertise. When I arrived, there was no staff available to guide customers. Multiple people, including myself, had to get out of our cars to figure out what was going on, yet no one was at the front desk either. When staff finally showed up, the interaction felt unmotivated and unprofessional. However, the biggest issue is the complete lack of organization and queue management. I waited over 45 minutes to be placed in a line, only to have another customer cut in front of me because they were supposedly getting a quicker service. After I complained, they made a temporary adjustment, but it was clear there was no structured system in place. What made it worse: when

Great service and a great price! I stopped by to get my oil changed and tires rotated using a coupon. After I left, I heard a noise and immediately feared the worst. I brought my van back, and the mechanics started inspecting it right away. They quickly identified the issue, which wasn’t their fault, and even put the tires back the way they were at no additional cost. They took the time to clearly explain everything to my husband over the phone, so we fully understood what was going on. Friendly, informative, efficient, and genuinely caring. I really appreciated how they handled everything and would definitely recommend them!
